Clean Up Plan...

Clean up for Camp Herring will begin the Sunday following the burn. All camp members will be staying through Monday, and we'll be a good clean up and pack up crew. Since this camp will not result in any burn scars, or significant ground disturbance, clean up is straightforward. Recyclables will be hauled to Recycle Camp. All grey water will be properly evaporated before pond removal. Holes from rebar stakes will be pounded closed. No drive-in trucks involved for take down. All gear hauled out by camp members. Leftover foods and beverages will be donated to DPW as available. The whole of the camp will be thoroughly policed! Members will do their part to assist with clean up in other areas of BRC. All trash will be hauled out- way out, of the area before proper disposal. NO TRASH will be left in Gerlach or Empire!!!!!! Period!!!!! All members of our camp will be present through Monday am to be certain the location of the camp leaves no trace.
